It not only inherits the advantages of the first generation model, but also makes significant improvement in the practical range, daily production and power consumption.

In 2002, we conceived and designed the first generation of direct cooling block ice machine, the original design idea is safe, convenient and simple to operate, without salt tank, manual work, using freon refrigeration. Because of its high safety performance, simple operation, labor-saving, and the block ice produced by this kind of machine is in line with food hygiene requirements, the direct system block ice machines are widely popular among ice factories, frozen food plants, chemical plants, large-scale fishery market.

After having a thorough understanding of direct cooling block ice machine, we tracked the use of  customers’ machine. In 2012, we finally launched the second generation of large-scale direct cooling block ice machine.

For the second generation direct cooling block ice machine, we focus on improving the problems of the first generation, and put further technical extension on this basis.

1. It is easier to install. Using the hose installation makes the installation more “fool” type.

2. Same all-in-one machine for easy mobility.

3. Add automatic pulling device, easy to transport ice.

4. Add the gauge that will stop the ice-filling when the ice bucket is full.

5. Better insulation effect, greatly reduce cooling loss.

6. Be able to be applied to 1 – 100 ton ice machine.
