Evaporative refrigeration: In the evaporator, the refrigerant liquid absorbs heat from an external heat source (such as water) and evaporates, thereby reducing the temperature around the evaporator. At the same time, water and refrigerant are mixed through mechanical stirring or other methods to form a fluid ice suspension.
Suspension circulation: After the fluid ice suspension is cooled by the evaporator, it is pumped back to the refrigerator for recirculation, thereby achieving a continuous refrigeration effect.
