The most comprehensive cold storage installation guide!

1、 Installation requirements for assembled cold storage

1. Collect materials from the accessory warehouse according to the engineering design and construction material list, and carefully check the materials and accessory models.

2. Before installing the cold storage, check the quantity of cold storage boards according to the shipping list. When loading and unloading the warehouse board, handle it with care, and lay anti-scratch layers on each layer of the warehouse board and the ground joints.

3. When assembling the cold storage as a whole, there should be gaps between the cold storage and the wall and roof. The ground or bottom plate must be horizontal, and the construction environment should be clean.

4. Before fixing the interior of the library with angle aluminum, it should be sealed with glass glue, and then fixed with angle aluminum by solid pulling and mortising. The spacing between pull rivets is 300 mm. The distance between the upper and lower sides of the doorway is 100mm.

2、 Technical requirements for installation of air coolers

1. When selecting the lifting point location, first consider the best location for air circulation. Secondly, the structural direction of the library is considered.

2. The gap between the air cooler and the storage plate should be greater than the thickness of the air cooler.

3. All suspension bolts of the air cooler shall be fastened. The bolts and suspension bolts shall be perforated and sealed with sealant to prevent cold bridges and air leakage.

4. When the ceiling fan is overweight, angle iron No. 4 or No. 5 shall be used as the lintel. The lintel should span over another roof and wall panel to reduce load bearing.

3、 Installation requirements for refrigeration units

1. An oil separator should be installed for both semi enclosed and fully enclosed compressors, and an appropriate amount of engine oil should be added to the oil fraction. When the evaporation temperature is below – 15 degrees Celsius, a gas-liquid separator should be installed and an appropriate amount of refrigerant oil should be added.

2. The compressor base shall be equipped with a damping rubber base.

3. Maintenance space shall be reserved for the installation of the unit to facilitate observation of the adjustment of instruments and valves.

4. The high pressure gauge should be installed at the tee of the storage tank valve.

5. The overall layout of the unit is reasonable and the colors are consistent. The installation structure of each type of unit should be consistent.3-太阳能冷库

4、 Refrigeration pipeline installation requirements

1. The selection of copper pipe diameter should be strictly in accordance with the compressor suction and exhaust valve interface selection pipe diameter. When the separation between the condenser and the compressor exceeds 3 meters, the pipe diameter should be increased;

2. The air suction surface of the condenser shall be kept at a distance of more than 400mm from the wall, and the air outlet shall be kept at a distance of more than 3m from the obstacle;

3. The inlet and outlet pipe diameters of the liquid storage tank shall be subject to the exhaust and outlet pipe diameters indicated on the unit sample;

4. The suction pipeline of the compressor and the return pipeline of the cooling fan shall not be smaller than the size indicated on the sample to reduce the internal resistance of the evaporation pipeline;

5. During the fabrication of the regulating station, each outlet pipe should be sawn into a 45 degree bevel and inserted into the bottom end. The inlet pipe should be inserted into a quarter of the pipe diameter of the regulating station;

6. The exhaust pipe and return pipe should have a certain slope. When the condenser is higher than the compressor, the exhaust pipe should slope towards the condenser and install a liquid ring at the compressor exhaust port. Prevent gas cooling, liquefaction, and backflow to the high-pressure exhaust port after shutdown, causing liquid compression during restart;

7. A U-shaped bend should be installed at the outlet of the return pipe of the air cooler. The gas return pipeline should be sloped towards the compressor to ensure smooth oil return;

8. The expansion valve should be installed as close to the air cooler as possible. The solenoid valve should be installed horizontally, the valve body vertical, and pay attention to the liquid outlet direction;

Install a filter on the compressor return line if necessary to prevent dirt from entering the compressor and remove moisture from the system;

Before fastening all sodium nuts and lock nuts of the refrigeration system, apply refrigerant oil for lubrication to enhance sealing performance. Wipe clean after fastening. The packing of each cutoff door should be locked tightly;

11. The expansion valve temperature sensing bag is fastened with a metal clip at the evaporator outlet 100mm to 200mm, and wrapped tightly with double layer insulation;

12. After the installation of the refrigeration system, the overall appearance and color should be consistent. There should be no inequality in the crossing height of pipelines;

13. When welding the refrigeration pipeline, it is necessary to leave a drain outlet for sectional purging from high and low pressure with nitrogen. After the sectional purging is completed, the entire system is purged until no dirt is found, and the purging pressure is 0.8MPa;

14. After the welding of the entire system is completed, a gas tightness test shall be conducted, and the high-pressure end shall be filled with 1.8MP nitrogen. Low pressure end is filled with 1.2 MP nitrogen. During pressure filling, use soapy water for leak detection, carefully inspect each weld, flange, and valve, and maintain the pressure for 24 hours without pressure loss after completion of the simple and crude operation.

5、 Installation requirements for power distribution system

1. Install wire numbers at each contact for maintenance purposes;

2. The electric control box shall be manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings, and powered on for no-load test;

3. Mark the name on each contactor;

4. Fix the wires of various electrical components with binding wires;

5. The electrical contacts should be pressed against the wire connectors, and the main line connectors of the motor should be fastened with wire clamps. If necessary, tin should be hung;

6. Each equipment connection shall be laid with wire pipes and fixed with clips. PVC wire pipes shall be bonded with adhesive when connected, and the pipe orifice shall be sealed and wrapped with adhesive tape;

7. The distribution box is installed horizontally and vertically, with good environmental lighting, and the room is dry and convenient for observation and operation;

8. The area of wires in the conduit shall not exceed 50%;

9. The selection of wires should have a safety factor, and the temperature on the outside of the wires during unit operation or defrosting should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius;

10. The circuit system must have a 5-wire system, and if there is no ground wire, a ground wire should be installed;

11. Electric wires should not be exposed to the open air to avoid aging of the wire skin due to long-term sunlight and wind, resulting in short circuit and electric leakage;

12. The installation of wire conduit should be beautiful and firm.

6、 Technical requirements for fluorine filling and commissioning of refrigeration systems

1. Measure the power supply voltage;

2. Measure the three winding resistance values of the compressor and the insulation condition of the motor;

3. Check the opening and closing conditions of each valve in the refrigeration system;

4. After evacuation, inject refrigerant into the storage tank to 70% – 80% by weight of the standard filling amount, and then operate the compressor to add gas from low pressure until the amount is sufficient;

5. After starting the machine, first listen to the sound of the compressor to see whether the condenser and air cooler are operating normally. Whether the three-phase current of the compressor is stable;

6. After a stable temperature drop, inspect all parts of the refrigeration system, including exhaust pressure, suction pressure, exhaust temperature, suction temperature, motor temperature, crankcase temperature, and temperature in front of the expansion valve. Observe the frosting condition of the evaporator and expansion valve, and observe the oil level and color changes of the oil mirror. Whether the sound of equipment operation is abnormal;

7. Set the computer internal parameters and the opening degree of the expansion valve according to the frost formation and usage of the cold storage.
