Design & Project Manager

Job Function:
-  Technical order execution of marine HVAC equipments.
-  Co-ordinate with foreign and domestic sub-suppliers for technical drawing and documents.
-  Technical discussion with shipyard, ship owner, designed company and sometimes classification society.
-  Co-ordinate with sales guy for spare parts sales during project handling.
-  Arrange and co-ordinate for service and commissioning.
-  Handling guarantee claimed.
Minimum Requirements:
-  In possession of an Engineering degree, preferably Refrigeration / Marine.
-  3 years or above relevant working experience in foreign companies.
-  Fluent written and spoken English.
-  Marine or HVAC background highly desirable.


Mechanical Engineer
Job Function:

1)Position will report to Team Leader.
2) Assist Engineering Department personnel to research, develop, design, test, and specify products and components to meet corporate goals.
3) Learn practical engineering skills and the application of engineering principles.
4) Candidates must currently be enrolled as a Mechanical Engineering student.

Responsibilities:
1) Working with CAD designers and product engineers.
2) Assist in the development of new and existing products.
3) Support engineers and technicians in the test of products.
4) Support Department personnel as they work with other departments in the design, development, and test of components.
5) Assist engineers to communicate with suppliers in the design, development, and test of components.
6) Conduct component and product tests in accordance with established corporate procedures. Prepare Engineering Test Reports in accordance with established corporate procedures.


Manufacturer Engineer
Job Function:

1) Overall engineering support of production line.
2) Work with customers to develop and document the production methods at Shanghai Plant.
3) Engineering problem solving during daily production.
4) Assist production planner for the local parts source.
5) Daily production equipment management for production line.
6) Plan of monthly production.
7) Other tasks asked by Plant Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

1) Minimum 5 years work experience.
2) Written and Oral English skill.
3) Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4) Good at Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.
5) Technical knowledge and engineering background necessary.


Sales Engineer

Job Function:
1.To ensure the attainment of sales and margin budgets of refrigeration products through sales and service to major customers, other allocated accounts and new business opportunities within region.
2.Identify sales leads and develop market through users, contractors, OEMs and distribution.
3.Identify new market opportunities; develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers/clients within region.
4.Provide refrigeration technical support and training to customers and internal staff.
5.Participate in regular sales meetings to share market information; work closely with National Sales Manager to develop overall sales budget and strategy.
6.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the refrigeration industry, available products, legislation changes and competitor activities within region.

Minimum Requirements:
1.Should have a Degree in Engineering (HVAC-R related) with 2 to 4 years of sales working experience in the HVAC-R industry; with US MNC preferred.
2.Should have good business knowledge of network in the China market.
4.Track records in developing new market and new customers.
5.Understand channel strategy and able to manage distributor relationship.
6.Demonstrated ability to achieve/exceed sales objectives (sales targets, market share, sales growth) in assigned market/territory in China.
7.Strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication, analytical and presentation skills are essential traits.
8.Able to converse and write effectively in both English and Chinese.


Warranty Engineer

Job Function:
1. Warranty problem analysis, warranty parts approval and report
-  Be proactive to collect warranty claimed information, communicate to relevant functions for root cause analysis and coordinate action plans; Ensure every warranty claim is reported and processed; always be ready to present situation of any warranty claim.
-  Maintain and keep updating Warranty Claim Database; develop and improve warranty analysis process.
-  Regularly, normally monthly review Warranty Claims with relevant functions of plant, in line with continuous improvement of quality.
-  Weekly and monthly report Warranty Claim Summary to management and relevant functions.
-  Evaluate quality of problem feedback from field, from both HSM technicians and Sub-con technicians, score and report.
-  Set up, maintain and improve warranty parts approval process.
-  Verify warranty parts replacement request for management approval.

2. Warranty Cost Analysis and Report.
-  Develop warranty cost evaluation procedure.
-  Evaluate warranty cost regularly, set up warranty cost target and develop action plan.
-  Evaluate service sub-con cost structure and sub-con's service quotation to HSM, develop evaluation method.
-  Regularly, normally monthly report warranty cost (labor and material cost) to management.

3.Technical support to warranty service in field
-  Based on warranty claim system, collect information from field, to develop a database of faults, in order to evaluate standard repairing labor time and material usage.
-  Categorize faults for ease of operation of service business, particularly for quotation, cost analysis and training.
-  As representative in product release projects, prepare service documentation.
-  Conduct training to field service technicians, dealers, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
-  Engineering diploma in refrigeration, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
-  Well-organized, self-motivated, can work under pressure.
