Modular Ice Storage

Focusun Modular ice storages are insulated storages designed to store large amount of flake or plate ice, with the ice capacity ranging from 23tons to 200tons. Equipped with specially designed double thermal layers and fixed to air-cooling equipment, the flake or plate ice keep dry and are not easy to lump, at the same time, the temperature can keep down to -9℃ with an inner automatic ice screw outlet system and separated refrigeration system.
One or more ice flake machines can be mounted on the top of the storage supported by a separated construction. In ice making process, the internal rake mechanism constantly spreads the ice evenly throughout the storage, and freshly made ice will fall into the storage, later the automatic ice rake mechanism will push out the ice into the ice screw outlet mechanism when requested and consists of one or more spiral conveyors. At the same time, Focusun provides the integrated controls. Only need one person to touch screen panel for easy operation and observation of settings and measurements. Display which is mounted with camera and switch board can monitor the operation inside the storage.
